Cancellation policy:

Final payment for your retreat experience will be due on June 30, 2025.

If you must cancel before June 30, we will refund your fee minus your deposit. 

If you must cancel after June 30 and you are unable to fill your spot with another unregistered participant,  no refunds will be given. 

If, for any reason, we must cancel our retreat for health reasons, natural disasters, etc, a full refund will be given. Alternatively, deposits can be held for the next scheduled event.
